Canal Fulton homes, known.
Canal Fulton sits on the Ohio & Erie Canal, and living near the waterway means living near everything that thrives in the green corridor along it: spiders, moisture ants, and the rodents that work the towpath edges and wander into the nearest warm basement.
The village’s historic homes — some of the oldest in the county — are beautiful and breathable in ways their owners don’t always love. Stone foundations and original timbers need a different inspection eye than 1990s vinyl, and ours have it.
The route covers Canal Fulton daily, from the historic district to the newer builds off Locust Street — same-day response is the standard.
